Five ways to put your design on a garment

Sublimation
Full-colour design printed into the fabric rather than onto it, so it is part of the material rather than a layer on top. Used for playing kit.

Cut & Sew
Panels cut and sublimated separately, then constructed into the garment. Used where a design needs to meet exactly on a seam.

Screen print
Suited to bold, simple artwork on off-field garments and supporter wear.

DTF print
Detailed artwork on a range of garments and fabrics, including darker cloth.

Embroidery
Stitched logos and badges for polos, caps, jackets and clubhouse wear.

Fabric
- Rugby jersey: Contact stretch jersey, 240-280gsm. The heaviest jersey cloth in the range, built for contact.
- Playing shorts: Heavy structured bottom fabric, 260-290gsm. The most structured bottom in the range.
- Training top: Lightweight sublimation performance knit, 145-165gsm. Built for comfort and movement through training loads.
- Training shorts: Durable sublimated short fabric, 200-240gsm.
- Clubhouse teamwear: Club polos are built on a 155-180gsm performance polo knit.
- Final fabric and weight are confirmed with your quote.
- Turnaround is 3–4 weeks from artwork approval, confirmed with your quote.
