Specifications & details
Training ranges are sized across tees, singlets, shorts, polos and off-field gear, and the fit differs between them.
We size men's, women's and youth ranges separately, so every grade and age group gets the right fit in the same design. Youth patterns are separate from adult patterns — they are not scaled-down adult sizes.
How to measure
- Chest — around the fullest point, tape level, without pulling tight.
- Waist — around the natural waist, where your body creases when you bend to one side.
- Hip — around the fullest point of the hips and seat.
Final Aus Wide measurements are supplied from the approved garment size chart applicable to your selected product. Ask us for it with your quote, or see the size guides.
Your kit is built around your club's colours — you nominate them, and we design to them.
- Nominate your primary, secondary and accent colours.
- Send through any colour references you already have, along with your logo files.
- Club crests, sponsor artwork and photos of your existing kit all help us set the colours up correctly.
Full-colour custom sublimation options are available, and because the design is sublimated into the fabric, your colours are part of the material itself rather than printed on top of it.
You approve the final artwork, colours included, before anything goes to production.
Training tops are built on a 145-165gsm lightweight sublimation performance knit, and training shorts on a 200-240gsm durable sublimated short fabric. Layering pieces are specified per garment.
Sublimated training garments have the design applied into the fabric rather than printed on top, so colours, names and sponsor artwork become part of the material instead of sitting as a raised print layer.
Where a plain-body garment is chosen instead, logos can be applied by embroidery, DTF or screen print depending on the garment.
Final fabric and weight are confirmed with your quote.
