Everyday PE

School polos use the same sizing and pricing as our custom polo range. Men's, ladies and youth options are available where supported by the selected garment. Pricing depends on garment type, quantity, artwork, decoration and the options you choose.

What is the minimum school order?

Minimum order: 10 pieces, with mixed sizing available — the 10 can be any mix of sizes, not one size across the order.

Can we mix student and staff sizes?

Yes. Build the order around your size list so students and staff can receive the sizes they need. Youth and adult patterns are available where supported by the selected garment range.

How does school artwork approval work?

Send your school colours, crest and any supplied branding guidelines. We develop the artwork around your requirements and send it for approval. Nothing goes into production until the final artwork is approved.

How do we organise sizing?

The applicable size guide is supplied for your selected garments before the order is approved. Use it to collect each student's or staff member's size, then submit one coordinated size list. See our size guides.

How long does production take?

Production is typically 3–4 weeks from final design approval, subject to garment type, order size and production schedule.

Your delivery date is confirmed with your quote. Order early when planning for carnivals, representative competitions or the start of a school term.

Can the school reorder later?

Yes. Once the design and garment specifications are approved, we aim to make future orders straightforward — same approved design, updated size list. The 10-piece minimum also applies to reorders.
