How it works

From idea to delivery, organised

  1. Tell us about your club

    Sport or club type, club name, colours, logos, the garments you're after, rough numbers and when you need it by.

  2. Design

    Work with the Aus Wide In-House Design Studio — from a rough idea to finished artwork, with revisions along the way.

  3. Garments & sizing

    Confirm garment types, fit and sizes — youth, adult and ladies patterns where appropriate — using the size guides.

  4. Approval

    Artwork, colours, logos, names, numbers, sizes and quantities are all signed off by you before production.

  5. Production

    Your order moves into production once approvals and order details are settled. Production is typically 3–4 weeks from final design approval, subject to garment type, order size and production schedule.

  6. Delivery

    Your delivery date is confirmed with your quote, and we keep you posted along the way.

  7. Reorders

    Once your design and specifications are approved, we aim to make future top-up orders straightforward.

Clubs FAQ

What is the minimum club order?

Minimum order: 10 pieces, with mixed sizing available — the 10 can be any mix of sizes, so ten different sizes is absolutely fine. Tell us your numbers when you request a quote and we'll take it from there.

Can we mix sizes across the order?

Yes — team orders are made to your size list, so every player or member gets their own size. Youth, adult and ladies patterns are available where appropriate. See the size guides.

Can Aus Wide design our uniforms?

Yes — custom artwork is included. The Aus Wide In-House Design Studio develops the design with you, from a rough idea or reference through to approved artwork. See custom design.

Can we use our existing club logo?

Yes. Send your logo files along with sponsor artwork and colour references, and we'll build the design around them. Any common format helps — EPS, PDF, AI, PNG or JPG.

Can we order sublimated polos?

Yes — sublimated polos are one of our most popular club garments, for sporting and non-sporting clubs alike. See the polos page.

Can you help darts, chess and community clubs?

Absolutely. Social and community clubs, associations and committees are a big part of what we do — usually polos, club shirts, fishing-style shirts, hoodies and jackets rather than playing uniforms.

Can we order for several teams at once?

Yes — juniors, seniors, multiple grades, men's and women's sides, coaches and committee can all be organised as one coordinated order under the same club identity.

Can we reorder later?

Once your design and specifications are approved, we aim to make future top-up orders straightforward — same design, new size list. Ask about reorders when you request your quote.

How long does production take?

Production is typically 3–4 weeks from final design approval, subject to garment type, order size and production schedule — the clock starts once you've signed off your design.

That timeframe covers production; your delivery date is confirmed with your quote. Pre-season is our busiest period, so we recommend ordering early ahead of season start.

How does artwork approval work?

Nothing goes into production until you've approved it. Artwork, colours, logos, names, numbers, sizes and quantities are all confirmed with you first — committee feedback included.
